What is your return policy?
We have a 30-day money-back guarantee policy. If you’re unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us for a refund. The following conditions apply:
- All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Applicable return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your final refund.
- Items that are new with original tags and labels and in unused and unopened condition will receive a full refund.
- Any item in an opened or unsealed condition will be returned to the customer as it cannot be resold.
We will process your return after receiving the item. Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card or bank statement.
What is your exchange policy?
We have an exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. Customers may exchange their purchases with the following conditions:
- There are no restocking or shipping fees for exchanges.
- All exchanges must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
- The product must be in its original condition and packaging.
- If the product is defective, it will be returned to the customer as it cannot be resold.
