Exchange & Return Policy

Exchange

• All exchanges must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
• The product/s being exchanged or returned must be in its original condition and packaging. 
• If the product/s was defective, it will be returned to the customer as it cannot be resold.
• If you choose to exchange your products, no restocking or shipping fee will be charged.

Return

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit with the following conditions:

• All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. 
• Applicable return shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your final refund total, except in the exchange cases or any shipping error from our side (replica, damage, incorrect, etc...) 
• Items that are new with original tags and labels and in unused and unopened condition will receive a full refund. 
• Any item a customer sends or returns to WellCart in an opened or unsealed condition will be returned to them as it cannot be resold.
• Please note that subscription boxes/bundles cannot be returned.

Refunds

• After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from sending us the return request to process your returned product/s.
  
  
• Refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to appear on your credit card/bank statement, depending on your credit card/bank statement.
  
  
• In case of store points instead of the bank refund, allow a maximum of 2 business days for the amount to appear on your WellCart points in our loyalty bank. We will notify you by email once the amount has been added.

Defective/Damaged Products

• If you find that there is a problem with your product, please contact the support team immediately upon receiving your order. We will then email you a return label to place directly on your box and you can return it to us at no charge to you.
