ORDER PROCESSING:Please allow up to 2 business days to process your order. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email to let you know your order is on the way & the real-time tracking information. Please note that supplements products may take up to 5 business days to process your order. This is longer than our typical processing time for other products due to the special handling and packaging required for supplements. LOCAL DELIVERYDuring checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. Local delivery is available for addresses across the whole United States. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. We do not ship outside of [United States] currently. SHIPPING TIMEOrders are generally shipped from our warehouse within [2 business days] and it takes up to DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS:We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase, if the item is unused and is in its original condition, and we will refund the full order value minus the shipping costs for the return. Wrong Address – In case the courier determines that the address provided by the customer is incomplete, wrong, or insufficient then any related shipping fees (if any) will be charged to the customer. Rejected by Customs - If a customer cancels their order and it hasn't been shipped or fulfilled, no deductions will be made from their refund. However, if the order has been marked as shipped or fulfilled, shipping and handling fees will be deducted from the customer's refund. Please note that any orders rejected by customs will fall under this policy. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as you receive the order at support@wellcart.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
