Lactation Boost

I’m currently breastfeeding my 5th child and this is my first time using this tincture (I didn’t know about it before!) with all previous kids I’ve never had any excess milk. I use this once a day and for me that’s enough. It keeps my supply plentiful! So much so that my baby is full after nursing only one side! Love this tincture, wish I’d know about it with my other kids.

I am an exclusive breast feeder of my 6m old baby. I pump maybe twice a week. I usually use a haakaa on the other side to keep a little milk in the fridge / help keep my freezer stash up (I usually keep about 30 4oz bags of milk in the freezer, I’m usually always with my baby other than 1-2 days a week that I work. As my milk supply regulated and I stopped leaking as much I started to barely collect 1oz maybe 2 in my haakaa. After taking this consistency 2x a day for 2 weeks I am getting 3-4oz in my haakaa again! I definitely feel like it has boosted my supply! I wasn’t having supply issues really but I am a just enough usually but like having a little extra so this gave me the boost I needed for sure!
