How to properly use and maintain your PVC spiky ball:

Identify the Target Area: Choose the muscle group or area where you feel soreness, tension, or tightness (e.g., feet, back, neck, shoulders, or legs).

Position the Ball: Place the spiky massage ball on the floor, against a wall, or directly on the muscle you want to massage.

Apply Gentle Pressure: Start by applying gentle pressure to the ball, letting your body weight or hand pressure control the intensity. Roll slowly over the muscle in small, controlled movements.

Use Rolling Movements: For larger muscles like your back, legs, or shoulders, roll the ball back and forth or in circular motions over the area for 1-2 minutes. For smaller areas like the feet, hands, or neck, use shorter, focused rolls or simply press the ball into the muscle and hold for 20-30 seconds.

Target Trigger Points: For tight or knotted areas (trigger points), apply steady pressure by holding the ball on the spot for about 30 seconds to 1 minute to release tension. Gradually increase the pressure as your muscles relax.

Breathe and Relax: Focus on deep, slow breathing during the massage. This helps your muscles relax, allowing the ball to work deeper into the tissues.

Keep the ball in a cool and dry place to prevent damage or deformation.
